I like turtles too.
In fact my son and I was heading to the next town on a highway, and no one does the speed limit on this road, 55 and above.
We saw a turtle in the middle and I pulled over and we picked him up and tossed him in the lake, further down the road.

I'm not sure if I had ever spoke to him, but I did see some of his postings, comments, etc.. But I thought he was a really sweet guy, definately way too young to leave us.
My sympathy goes out to all his family and friends.
Rest in peace with the angels.
