miyazaki owns spirted away, howl's moving castle, princess monoke i loved princess mononoke. on a random note, if you like Totoro watch this clip. Its the winner of the AMV's for Anime Boston. Thats what makes it great. That would have made a great horror movie. |

My pet names are (cats) Kit,Shadow,Nikki,Leo and Bob (2 of which i bought and the other 3, 2 were gifts and one was abandoned)(dogs) Honey,Grace(we call her Crazy Grace, she was a rescue) and Chunk De Aristotle(my expensive dog) (rats) Pinky and Brain, (snake) George and the fish name is Fred (my friend Has Barney lol) heheeh, Pink and Brain. cute. my cats are Freddy(the one i claimed hehe.) Ralph and max. (dont know why, but we always give our cats people names.) Dogs, Bulldog is buddy,(or Goobahs when he is acting up.) And the Papillon is Sunny. |

I started a topic asking guys what kinds of things they do special for their woman. The general consensus is, men pretty much think that women need to just like them for who they are. Wow. If women felt that way, they wouldn't bother putting on makeup, taking baths, polishing their finger and toe nails, getting their hair done, buying nice clothes, and a whole bunch of other things we do to look nice. Wow, no wonder they say women dress for other women, cuz some men could care a less. Really? I take a bath cause i don't want to be gross, I tend not to like makeup on women especially when I'm dating them cause I don't want to kiss her and taste lipstick or blush. men who want to attract women also take care of their hair, trim their fingers and toe nails (I don't want ingrown nails either), buy nice clothes and get haircuts. The girls I've dated have not worn a lot of makeup nor did they have really nice clothes nor did I expect them to buy me things. I liked them for their natural looks, and personality. Most men don't care how a women dresses, a sexy girl in sweats and a hoodie (I love that look by the way) is still sexy. Women tend to notice things like shoes, fashion, well done nails, trendy hairstyles, watches, men tend to focus more on bodies butts, breasts, physical appeal, which begs the question why are we thought of as the superficial ones? I dont think a girl should need to get dressed up for a guy. I think she should do it, because she wants to do it. And guys shouldnt buy girls gifts because its whats expected of them to do. The guy should be buying her gifts because he WANTS to buy her gifts, not because she wants them. But because he loves her, and wants to show her affection and give her a token of his appreciation of her. Not everyone feels this way, but i guess not everyone has found the girl that they felt that way about. |

Personaly i have 3 cats and 2 dogs in my house right now. The food bill for the little buggers gets pretty high, and cleaning up the messes gets a little...aggrivating over a period of time. But they are all so cute ^_^
there is a limit to when you should say, can i provide for all these animals? Do i have enough space for them? If you have the space, and can provide, then go nuts. personaly though, i could be happy with just one cat, 2 cats belong to my brothers fiance and one dog. The other dog is my brothers. I claimed a kitty for myself. |

Oh man, it took me way too long to find this thread. Anime FTW!
I was caught up with Naruto Shippuden until the site i went to got shut down, and now i work so much i barely have time to watch them. But ah, such is life. So no i must sadly rely soley on Adult Swim to get my fix. Which makes me sad cause its gonna take forever to get Naruto and Bleach up to the point i'd seen them before lol. Trigun is probably my all time Favorite Anime and anything made by Miyazaki is pure Excellence. |

I have never heard of it. What is it about? Aliens force a predator ship to crash land in the middle of the woods. and all hell breaks lose. Yeah, one of those movies you kind of have to be familiar with the older alian and predator movies to apreciate. Or the video game. Almost forgot that  .
Well, you have to be...but its more enjoyable if you are. And i definatly am a huge fan of the older movies. The books were better (but when arent they right!) But i still enjoyed the first one. |

uh...there was nothing sarcastic at all in that. I think you should quit while your...well...i cant really say ahead...cause you dug yourselve a nice hole here. So maybe just quit...maybe even appologize...and try to not make "sarcastic" posts that make you come across as a complete jack@$$. Just a thought. Well from my humor standpoint it was sarcasm. For Christ Sake doesn't anyone have a Really Dry Sense of Humor. I guess its te Canadian in me cuz jeez. If thats truly the case, then next time, i would stop...and re-read what your "sarcastic" responses might be. But when you read it...pretend its going online...and that tons of people will read it, that...cant hear a tone in your voice...or sense the sarcasm...because its being typed, not spoken. All we see are the words. I have a very sarcastic sense of humor...but i still dont see the sarcasm in that post. But to each their own. Not trying to attack you here, i just think you need to remember its hard to get sarcasm across properly through a post...apparently VERY hard with....your sense of...humor. |
