Well I’m an atheist.
I don’t believe in a God.
I do believe that the soul doesn’t die after death though, but I don’t believe a God has anything to do with it.
If you are happy to believe in a God, whatever. If it helps you sleep better at night it’s ok with me.

When I went to school evolution was not an issue.
There was a separation between science and religion.
Creationism was taught in Sunday school and it wasn't a conflict.

I was taught that both could exist at the same time.
That the natural state of things could have more than one truth and that neither truth had more weight than the other.
Each was absolute for its own reasons.

They are mutually exclusive.
For these exact reasons that I stated to another poster :

The big bang theory and the fact that everything was pangaea ( South-America and South-Africa being one ) can actually be proven. The continents fit into each other like a perfect puzzle. The tectonic plates give us valuable info as well. The big bang theory can easily be proven. Stephan Hawking did quite a bit of research on it as well as other famous scientifics.
The creation theory cannot be proven. No one can prove that the world was created in 7 days.
Or that Eva was a piece of rib from Adam. Especially if you look at the gynaecological reality : the first 6 weeks in the womb every embryo is a girl. After that some develop into boys and some stay girls.
The various sorts of monkeys and pre-humans learn us that the creation theory is not likely ( not to say impossible ) either. The homo habilis, australopheticus afarensis, homo erectus, homo neanderthalensis, homo sapiens sapiens.
New pre-human ape sorts are discovered year after year. Especially in the regions around Ethiopia,...

Both are teached to keep the religious masses quiet, while recognising scientific reality.

Some can argue the "evolution " actually is a faith based religion.

Keep in mind it is a THEORY, not fact.
Thus, one places his/her faith in that theory.

Yes, but it is ********.The Bible is right...

It is not bullsh*t. The Bible can’t be used as an authority for every question we have. Otherwise we would end up in a system where law and religion influence each other. Like in the middle ages. We would go back to witch hunting.
The Middle-East with the Sharia is a perfect example of this.

In history class we were taught Darwin’s “ survival of the fittest “ theory.
In that same context we also were taught about the theory of Maltus.
I went to a very secular school where science and religion were strictly kept apart. I like that.
Here in Belgium religion doesn’t influence the classes students get in school. I think that’s very important. Like Montesqui put it “ the trias politica “ . The three powers need to be secularised from each other to have an honest system. Religion cannot influence any of the three powers either.
I think parents should be free to choose if their child has to be taught any religion at all. A respectful person is a respectful person regardless of if it’s a theist or an atheist.

he sounds like a pretty s*itty drug dealer if he has to go around drawing attention to himself and his buddies risking freedom for 13 bucks. laugh

waving creemey

The drug dealer himself is only 21, so he basically thinks like a kid.
He beats up people often for 10 or 20€.
He is a shitty drug dealer. He sells to teenagers and early 20s.
The father of this kid is a big criminal though.
Has spent enough time in prison.
Doesn’t seem like he cares what for criminal acts his kid does.

IF THIS IS ACTUALLY TRUE,it sounds like there is A LOT more to this story than you are telling us!!

what did your brother do to make this alleged 'drug dealer' want to beat him up?

cuz, usually, when a 'drug dealer' beats somebody up,it is for a VERY specific reason!!

OR,if he did it because somebody PAID him to do it,like you are suggesting, what did he do to make somebody mad enough to spend money to have him beat up?

cuz,REALISTICALLY,people dont spend money to have somebody beat somebody else up,unless they DID SOMETHING to warrant this desire of violence,do they?

and,you claim that even though an eyewitness testified to what happened to your brother, the authorities dont want to do anything about it??

hhhhmmm....
the whole thing sounds prettty fishy to me,the way you tell it!

at the very least,i would suggest to your 'brother' that he needs to start hanging around a better class of people, and stop going to parties with drug dealers who are prone to acts of violence.

He took the 10€ my brother had in his pocket.
It was the drug dealer who wanted the 10€ he had in his pocket.
He did this to multiple guys and girls between 16 and 20 years old over the last weeks.
We have a horrible justice system here in Belgium. No money to put people for “ small crimes “ in jail.
They get to pay a certain bail that’s all.

Nomi from Sense8 is so beautiful!
Jamie Clayton is one of the most beautiful women in the world. She definitely doesn’t look 40!
Sense8 itself is an amazing series.
Anyone else who watches Sense8? Who is your favorite actor / actress?

That’s how I refer to my boobs : “ maybe she was born with it,maybe it’s maybelline “ :joy:
No, but seriously, you have an amazing complexion.
I use Touch Magique from L’Oreal and my complexion isn’t even as nice as yours.
Is your skin on your hands translucent? That’s a problem a lot of pale people have. I’m pale myself so :)

The Nut Cracker.
The ballet presentation was so beautiful and made me dream away.
It was directed by Mikhael Venshikov.
The ballet of Sint-Petersburg was astonishingly skilled.

Ok, Elissals, I was bringing my idea to this. You also say you like man who is a womanizer. Be prepared that he will always have a wandering eye.

I will make sure that he doesn’t cheat on me.
I will follow him as much as I can.

And that will eventually grow old and tiresome. And most guys, womanizer or not, will not put up with it.

Then we will find an agreement.
He can sleep with others but I can sleep with others too.
Sounds fun.
I’m sure he’ll like it.
