If you read, you'd probably like S.M. Stirling's Dies the Fire series. Quite an interesting look on how people and civilization could change after a world altering event. Always thought it could be made into a decent movie or mini series ( I know, a bit off topic, but couldnt think of any other movies, just one I wish there was :P)

(funny how Ladylid appears to have let out a queef -pfffft- after saying such...) pet peeve: personal space invaders. Some of the customers that I'm forced to talk too at work like to get 5 inches from my face. Practically have to cross my eyes to see them, and, of course, they always smell horrid. So hard not to make a face in front of them. I like my bubble. Don't pop my bubble. whew.
