 In short, Im not sure how she feels, and she has a boyfriend. Is that short enough?
Oh -- I missed that in your writing. 
I am guilty of scanning your story because it was not an easy read. 
If she has a boyfriend, why are you even pondering this? Any person who plays back and forth will do it to you as they have done to others. Run -- run fast!  Common sense is your friend. 
Don't you think I have to wait a little? I like her Wait for what? She has a boyfriend! My edited answer is RUN AWAY! No I don't think you HAVE to wait a little for anything. You don't HAVE to do anything. This is not a smart situation to be in ..... I will repeat: if she is going back and forth -- and being wishy washy with you -- that means she does it to everyone. You will be the victim of her antics soon enough. Why would you want that? DRAMA is evil!!
