I spend a "LOT" of time alone, so if I am not writing in the autobiography my family asked me to write, I am on netflix watching tv or I listen to Lp's. I don't get out much.

Does it really matter on age when you just want to walk an talk, I don't think so! Sometimes different ages have a lot in common and learning about a persons life regardless if your the Talker or Listener it works both ways. You came on the walk because you wanted out of your house and in to the scenery of life has to offer.

Don't let age keep you from a peaceful walk, 1mile, 2miles or 3miles. You walk as slow as you want and as long as you want, for you can leave at any time that is the great thing about walking its all your choice.

Just remember, bring a water bottle, Go to the bathroom before you leave your home, Bearcreak has no bathrooms only benches to sit and water-fountains to refill up that water bottle. Bring a cloth to wipe the sweat if needed. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing, sunscreen if needed, hat is always welcomed, sun glasses, cellphone if has one and your personal items.
