No. First you will get attracted with their physical appearance. Then you'll try to get to know their personality. Then eventually if you get to know him/her better and you get along well then that's the time you fall in love. Sometimes, look can be deceiving, you find someone handsome/pretty but when you started to converse with him/her you can discover some traits that don't appeal to you and you'll tend to cut your connection with him/her. So, it's still important to know their personality first before falling in love than just knowing only his/her appearance.

I went to Egypt last summer. But its better to go there during winter.
