I quit over 30 yrs ago after smoking 2 pks a day for yrs.Drink all the fluids you can handle.Cut down on anything that reminds you of smoking.[coffee,alchol ect] substitue something like a mint when you want a smoke.Hide guns,knives and other weapons and stay away from people for a while Good luck Hide guns,knives and other weapons and stay away from people for a while
