it's already official that they're not together and he isn't wasting any time. i can understand him keeping it secret based on her reaction. i can also see where he's coming from, having contacted them specifically about the privacy policy and having them not follow through on their own contract.

i hope he wins, but i don't think he has a case. i also don't think the company is as much to blame as the chick is. maybe he can settle with the flower company if they agree to send their lawyers into his divorce case and screw her over... haha

i've gotten to the point where i'm simply not comfortable driving without feeling that strap across my shoulder. however, the passengers are more important to be belted than the driver. although some economy models do have sensors for other seats, it would be very hard to enforce who's sitting where and make sure they're wearing a belt. if you just stored luggage in the other seats, it can trigger sensors, and would require the belt to be attached around the luggage before you can start the car.

i remember hearing on the news that the mine had like 250 or 275ish previous health and safety violations... makes me wonder if the earthquake happened randomly, or was caused by negligence on their part...

mining is the second most dangerous profession right behind crab fishing, and they should have been well aware of the risk involved. that said, i hope the six miners are ok. i'm lending my support to them for a speedy rescue and recovery.

it's great, i'm 5'6" 110 lbs and all the other men in my family is at least 5'10 160 lbs. most of it was cutting weight from wrestling. part of me likes taller women cuz that's what i'm wired for, plus i do love long legs. however, i've adaptively found it way more practical (and attractive) to have a girl who's my size or smaller.
