OMG. I can't believe I found the owner of the picture. He's a doctor from NY who is active on instagram. The reverse photo search worked. I feel like a detective. lol.

Since I'm using my phone to access the site, I don't see all the features as a desktop view. How do I report scammers? Also, if the scammers are using someone else's photos, is there a website to do some sort of search (face recognition) to detect who they are? I just feel bad for the people who have their photos stolen and used to scam people.
