im always hungry after i work out so i would like to get ideas on what foods to eat without killing your workout  DRINK water! Our minds can trick us into thinking we are hungry when really we are thirsty. Blind leading the blind here ^^^^^^^ Stick to a subj. you might know something about! After working out you should be hungry, it means you put a good amount of stress on the body and you need to eat protein right away to get the amino acids into your body. Once I hit 30 years old, I got sick of the California bar scene, the meaningless sex, etc. tried a few out on Plentyoffish/Plentyofdrama/Plentyoftruama/PlentyofBabyMammas! Same shiiiit, lol.
