You can all have my snow. I guess im not a snow person really. Its cold, driving in it is a biotch, and im a wuss.  Can have all mine too! I drive for a living, and it sucks in this weather!!! I wonder if one day a person will be able to simply take out their cell and surreptitiously shoot a photo of a random stranger, and (via image-matching search, and social networks) pull up that persons name, age, vocation, address, pictures of their family members... It already an available technology... It still blows me away sometimes that my mother has a microwave we gave her for Christmas 15 years ago, but still don't know how to use it...  |

As a trucker, I experience this on a daily basis!
I have figured it out that if I just ignore them and act like that I didn't even see their reactions that they get over it and they just move on. It is illegal for a CDL Driver to carry any conceiled weapon in their commercial or personal vehicle at anytime...It's not fair, but who really cares what a trucker goes thru...right? |

Yeah I remember you dude. My short term memory loss ain't as bad as I would think. That's cool man. This site is actually alot more fun and way better moderated. Took me a while to get me out of DH mode as far as bad language and assuming everything is a fight...(so I got suspended ALOT)...but, now I really enjoy this place. Very good natured and laid back. I hope you dig it too my good man. You still doing the trucking gig? You bet! I go from Lubbock to Houston twice a week now, and thru Abeline 4 times... I do like it here alot! |
