i don't have a junk folder i don't see it..and how can i get in my mail it won't let me read my mail or send can you please explain and fix the problem please!!!!! i been waiting and nothing yet it was working just fine yesterday what happen why is it like this can you all get it fixed today please?????

are they going to fix the problem cause it's been all day now and nothing has happen why is it taking so long to get it working back to regular? i can't read my mail and send.. can you all please fix it
