I ran a youth program in Vail in late '90s. Cross country skiing.

Been in the Midwest, MN, and WI for the past 6 years. Never really loved the area/climate, to hot in the summer, no real snow in the winter.
The following are places I'm thinking of moving. which do you think would be the best.:
One other factor, I'm a Sous chef looking for I job I could love, Creative, high-end foods.

Colorado, Maybe Denver- Father lives in the Mountains, Denver has a up and coming restaurants.

Upstate NY, Mother lives there few high-end restaurants, but some.

LA, NYC, or Vegas, great restaurants, but no family conections then again haven't lived near family all that often in the past twenty years.

Just looking for feed back.

Simple, right the fresher, the better. My Chef adds bloodymary mix and tomato paste, I don't like the additives , who's right? I like Romas, Grilled Onions, Cilantro, Jalaponinos and Tomato juice.
