I just ran a 10K, sprint for cancer, phenomenal time and I feel FANTASTIC! Congratulations and for a great cause! it was fun, my girls ran the 5K (I coach a team)

(my friend is Jewish, so we are having Seder, I have to go make Kugel, ta ta!!!) I was making falafel and salad with hummus when I got called into work on a short notice! Oh well, Hag Pesach Sameach! I am off to work, thankfully my temple has Second Night Seder tomorrow! thats lucky!
