I'd say that money is a plus but not necessary for a long term relationship.

Women are looking for a smart and successful guy, because success makes people sexy. good looking is a requirement because it's the first impression that you get if you meet someone.
They want a guy who is able to entertain them and is able to read in btwn the lines. Guys who always agree to everything are not interesting at all and vice versa.

A mix of understanding guy and macho could be a good match i guess :D
