If you send out a pic that implies you don't care enough to look nice for what is the first impression, it doesn't instill much confidence in the recipient. One might think "Hmm, am I going to pick this person up for a nice dinner and find he/she's wearing sweatpants or ratty jeans?" You don't go out to meet people looking like you just rolled out of bed - why send a picture that looks like you did? |

sounds like you turned on the high contrast mode in accessibility options.
go to control panel -> accessibility options and under the display tab see if 'high contrast' is selected. either that or you were messing with the color scheme and fonts in the display properties under the appearance tab as stated earlier. |
