I agreed the saying : "AGE DOESN'T MATTER". Because what's matter most is our MATURITY. Apart from the wishfull theory... With a minority of people only, age does not matter. With the far majority of people, by matter of fact, it matters a lot. Even if there are 2 quite distinct groups of people. > Those for whom it is important that the age difference is minimal. > Those for whom it is a goal to get into a considerable age difference, always one sided. (Mostly men want a quite younger woman, woman want a quite older man. The opposite is very rare) That it really does not matter at all (at random !!??) is extreme rare... |

I understand where you are coming from Crystal, and I had the same issues. Like you I don’t believe in diets or counting calories etc as a balanced diet and exercise should keep us on the right path. I have a sweet tooth so I started keeping in lots of fresh fruit and low calorie yoghurt so I could get my ‘sweet’ fix, I also keep in lots of salad, which is obviously great at this time of year. I have managed to lose the few pounds I put on during lockdown, and that has made me feel more motivated and determined to carry on. I have also swapped to skimmed milk and decaf coffee and tea. Good luck
Cafeine does have the property to augment the speed of burning ATP in the muscles. (Seems to be a cathalyser in that respect) In other words: cafeine helps augmenting prestations (like in running) and slimming down. Therefore, there is no need to decaf anything. :-) |
