Eat right!
Make sure you get your daily dose of fruits and veggies.
Take your vitamins and bump up your vitamin C.�
Get plenty of exercise because exercise helps build your immune system.
Walk for at least an hour a day..�
Go for a swim..�
Take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.�
Wash your hands often.�
Get lots of fresh air.�
Open doors & windows whenever possible.�
Try to eliminate as much stress from your life as you can.
Get plenty of rest.�
OR

Take the doctor's approach..�
Think about it...
When you go for a flu shot,what do they do first? They Clean your arm with alcohol...�

Why�???�

Because Alcohol KILLS GERMS..�
So......�

I walk to the liquor store. (exercise)�
I put lime in my lager ...(fruit)�
Celery in my Bloody Mary (veggies)�
Drink outdoors on the bar patio..(fresh air)�
Tell jokes, laugh....(eliminate stress)< /i>�
Then pass out. (rest)�
The way I see it...�

If you keep your alcohol levels up
Flu germs�Can't get you!�

My grandmother always said...�

With an old friend of mine....called to make double sure that we could just show up at 1....and the number had been disconnected LOL. Neither of us wanted to drive all the way out to see if the course is closed now....not a date date

Yes good luck on the half and with your Mom both Lewis. We have a 5k here in GL tmw the boys n I are going to do....but it's a run/walk so we'll be walking, especially since the 5 yr old will be with. Ane yes agree with you on studs....something to get you up and excited in the morning wouldn't ya agree Better than the coffe I'm drinking right now anyway LOL. Am still working on the pic to see if I can somehow attach it...ya'll will love it.
