can any of the femails on this site,past the age of 60,explain why they dont take up the challenge,of a superb way of keeping fit,and healthy,by learning CEROC[modern jive] dancing.it is a lovely way to socialise,as well as keep fit.i am 70 yrs old,and if you were to see my photos,i think you must agree,that i dont look bad at all for my age.and i have to thank ceroc for that,as i have been doing it for the last 11yrsand i can still keep up with all the younger ones.they are all lovely people,but it would be nice to see more older people participate.so come on girls[and boys],let your [grey]hair down,roll back the years.and get on the Dancefloor.
