I did, it's not smart although it turned out ok for me and he was a nice guy. The moment I hit send I thought it was a very bad choice.

I've only been on here a short period and have had people send me their #. I've not asked for it, nor offered mine. I have done reverse lookup and even with cell numbers sometimes, if you dig enough, you'd be surprised that the divorced man of many years isn't divorced at all. In fact, he doesn't even live in your town either. You can get, free of charge, their address, family information such as wife's name, see current happy pictures of them online, the list goes on.

So be careful, cautious and read and re-read those profiles and messages too. Sometimes, on a different scenario, they have that English "almost" but "not quite" there. The flip of a few words will tip you off that they aren't who they say, those are usually a scammers. I did have one # yesterday, that was linked out of the country but was a US exchange.

**I'm not saying this only happens to women, men are victims just as much.
