As for as "toning down" her personality...she is who she is...if that's
an issue for you, then you and she are not a match!

Mike, if the children can't play nice, then maybe give them their own
sandbox.

Suggestion: How about a sub topic on this forum that all those who want
to gripe can? Let it be a fight to the "death" and perhaps only the good
will survive. Spectators can check in from time to time to see how
things are going and be entertained at the same time. You would have to
remove threads (as long as they follow the basic rules) and never have
to ban anyone because they will "kill" each other off.
