Hello-
I use the online name bigbytes, and I live outside of Huntsville in a 100 year old farm house. I have rented here for 25 years. I have trees flowers, figs, grapes apples, etc. Recently my landlord informed me that he made no preparations for me for after he died, and that the land that I am on (42 acres) is to be sold and the proceeds to be given to 'the church'. I have him on video saying that he didn't care what happened to the place after he died, meaning that he didn't care what so ever what happens to me after having invested 25 years here. He is now in the hospital, so my near future is up in the air. I went to Huntsville High and graduated from Auburn just after the last dinosaurs had disappeared. Then I went to work building and fixing houses. I took HVAC and computer classes, MCSE classes. I build and repair computers. I do HTML in Notebook. I have posted an introductory note in the nembers section that points to two web pages that I have. I love to talk, and will read anything that you send me. bigbytes |

Hey-
I am bigbytes, and I am a new member (Hello bigbytes). As I am in Alabama, I will be posting in that section, I'm over 50 so I will be posting in the over 50 section, also in the science section as I write about 1) the Washington DC map, and 2) tides, storms and earthquakes. My page about storms and all is called Facing the Future: http://www.geocities.com/jussaymoe/future/future.htm My page abt the map is at: http://www.geocities.com/jussaymoe/dc_symbolism/index.htm On the facing the future page you can see a copy of a 1980 Huntsville News article where I did predictions then. As I see that there are Harley ppl here, I will note that I have a 58 Duo-Glide rolling chassis with a fresh (0 miles) motor and tranny, that I could stand to get rid of to finance my life. I have the gas tanks, oil bag, handle bars, cylindrs etc. Everything but the electrics, and the drive gear, chains and clutch parts (left side). I have used tin covers. After developing an interest in the study of the DC map, I quit doing framing work (framed my last 3 houses after turning 55), and took up surveying. I have lost my job with an egineering company. If you know where McMullen Cove is near Gurley, we surveyed all of that, up to the tops of the mountains. L8TR bigbytes |
