Well it does take time. The longer the marriage/ relationship was the longer it takes the move on. After 2 years I think I healed completely. I was married 27 years when my marriage ended. It helped when I moved to a new town and got a new job. It was one of the best things I did. I have rebuilt my life and Im doing well now, strong and independent. Looking back I could see how unhappy I was. Id rather be alone than to live like that..
