Keeps changing my state to Alabama??? You update it to Oregon and within minutes it's back to Alabama. Very very frustrating as they are thousands of miles away from me. Help !

I keep coming up from Alabama. I change it to Oregon and save changes and it goes back to Alabama it says no state???
