I would think by this time you have the problem taken care of....Juuuust in case it's still giving you a headache try this....Do a simple web search for a program called Audio converter...This lil peice of software is designed to convert virtually and media format to any media format of your choosing. I belive there's a trial version as well as a paid version...Very simple to use and should do the trick for you...
