well it depends , in Missouri you are 'adult' enough to move out at 17 but you are not 'adult' enough to enter a conract til 18 and not 'adult' enough to drink until 21 so I think its safest to just stick to biological age and refer to 17 and 18 as TEEN and 21 as young adult,,,, Here in washington at 17 you go to juvinile detention, at 18 you go to prison! The difference is at 18 you are considered an adult.

I wouldn't leave my infant with anyone trying to get a high, with drugs or alcohol, no. But an absentminded person doesn't become any less absentminded with drugs or alcohol in their system, so I just wouldn't leave a child with someone known to be absentminded. The real question is can a non absentminded person become absentminded with drugs in their system? I know they can with alcohol. The potheads will argue, they can function normally and weed doesn't alter your perception, cause forgetfulness or slow you reaction time. I'd bet they even drive high. I can function normally, and I do. Potheads hate to argue! I was on a self propelled 155 howitzer that was nuclear capable. I was an assembler of the nuke all of this high. And yes I drive high, I dont drive absentminded. I drive with caution and obey all traffic laws. unlike the sober idiot who passed me yesterday doin 60 in a 30 with thier 2 babies in the back. I know they were sober because they were heading to the church accross the street from where I was going! Another thing is I am about to change my fan belt on my jeep. It says to shut off the engine first. I know they didnt put that dumb label on for us potheads!

Would you let the stoned pothead babysit yer infant? Which pothead are you refering,the one who left his foster child in the car? hell no. But I know a ton of potheads who are responsible parents and care givers of children and the elderly that I would and have left my children with. I've seen more sober dipshits I wouldnt entrust my dogs with.

Pot heads will only see a dead baby in a hot car as nothing more than a mere buzzkill. Idiocy excusing the stoned dumba$$. I'm what you would refer to as a pothead! I've smoked since I was 13 I retired from the army in 97 I smoked the entire time! I also have a 2 year degree in carpentry, and just finished building my house while On weed. I see a tragic loss of life by irrisponsible parents.

A turf war is " a bitter struggle for property,control or rights". There was no bitter struggle for anything,just an a-hole that went and got a gun and and pulled it on the wrong guy and got shot for it. No turf war!
