I am a 52 yr old man who has just stared therapy for Ptsd from mental abuse i suffered from my ex wife almost 20 years ago. i have been suffering from this for almost 20 years yet just within the last couple weeks have figured out what it is and am seeking help my now wife does not understand it and it is straining our marriage anyone else dealing with this nd if so can we talk about how you are dealing with it
