You are a very insightful person Lee. Your post made me think today, and
for that I thank you. I looked inside and took an inventory, seems I
need to stock up a bit in areas. Thank you for reminding me there is
always room to improve oneself.

Aggressive not normally, but everyone has thier limits. When I was up
north a while back with .......one of his friends got real grabby with
me. I kept telling him to keep his hands to himself but he did not
listen. The guy I was with didn't speak up for me and his friend grabbed
me in an area that was my breaking point-I broke his nose!

Oops read this wrong...feelings for my ex...ah! Pity maybe, no feelings
really. I can smile now when I think of the good memories.

Definitely don't miss him....

Are you the softer, "everybody makes mistakes", "nobody is perfect...so
what", or the "willing to work around it" type.......may be more risky
and a lot more work to have feelings for someone who just is not
perfect, but definately defines what kind of person you are...more of a
anti-shallow-ish attitude, but settling to an acceptable level...


I would say more of the second but I do not consider it settling. You
see I try and accept people for who they are, take the good with the
bad. I do not always succeed at this, but I try. We all have faults and
we all make mistakes, I try and remember this when dealing with
people;just as I hope they remember it when dealing with me. After all
we are only human.

It's perplexing, but seems to be the norm.
