I'm in much the same boat as you Genius, although I've gone through a few very bad weeks owing to various exceptional things. As far as I can tell the only people with reasonably stable emotions are Buddhists, but they spend their whole lives working on it and even they have rough patches. Given you mentioned customers I'm guessing that you slum it in the service industry as well? Barista work can cause one to become bitter and irrational at times...
