in our own unique ways. Usually we're on top of it, yet the moment comes that everything hits hard the first reaction is to go back to to to 'fall safe'. Ever have one of those days when you just feel like crap, want to go bed, under the covers and stay there until you feel better again? Whats your way out? Have those all the time. Music is my escape. Helps me forget. 
Same here, I crank up the music and it makes me feel better...then I clean clean clean my house...somehow that has a meditative ring to it, then I'm right as rain...for the most part... Hope all gets better for you
