Hi,i am unable to send files thru mesenger,it shows that the person accepts and is loading,but it just stays there,i can receive files but mine wont go thru,what do you think is causing that?and what are the possible solutions?

How do you mean, do you already have an AV program on your comp? If that is unable to remove the virus, and you know someone else with a comp. Thne you can remove your hard drive, plug it into their system and run a virus scan on the hard drive. Usually you can locate and remove the virus that way, if your own system can't get rid of it.
