Hi,
have a couple questions. 1. after having 3 kids i have a bit of a pouch
for a lower abdomen. I can't get rid of it no matter how many crunches I
do. 2. is core training with a balance ball all it is cracked up to be?

I agree with morebass but after you are done and ready to settle in for
the night, put on some light relaxation music, tense your muscles
starting at your shoulders hold it for a few seconds then relaease the
muscles. Work your way down your body one muscle group at a time.
Notice the difference in the way it feels. Helps me a lot. It has taught
me how to recognize when my muscles are getting tense. You can also do
this sitting in a chair etc. Good luck to you

When my son was younger he asked his dad where babies come from. Well
being a quick thinker his dad told him that men and only men have a
secret recipe for a drink that they mix up and give to the woman. When
the woman drinks it, she becomes pregnant. My son then askes why the
women don't know the recipe and his dad told him that if the men let the
women know it then they wouldnt need the man any more to have children.
This is a true story by the way.
