I haven't seen anyone near my age. Although I am looking for a man I
would also like a female friend to chat with. I just turned 69. Widowed
for 2+1/2 yrs now. I live in New England.

I'm fairly new here on JSH but when I joined another web singles group I
ended up on true also. I think they have several sites with different
names and all streets (sites) lead to Rome (true).

I once met someone "online" (in another group, not JSH) who turned out
to be a scammer from Nigeria, trying to get money from me. I didn't fall
for it. But I just found a listing on JSH with a very similar user name
and very little in his profile. The name he used was Jamsev56. The name
on here is Jamese66 - if I remember correctly (may not be exact). I may
be wrong but I would bet it's the same person. If I'm wrong, I
apologize.

I've been a member for a while. Even emaileda a couple of guys but
never heard from anyone. I'm a widow amd it's tough being alone all the
time. I know there must be men around who are alone also. I ususally get
along with anyone after we meet BUT can't seem to meet anyone. Aren't
there any men over 65 or so in here? I'm not ready for a relationship
but a good friend to spend some time (or emails) with would be nice.

Hi everyone.Ihave to admit I have trouble with forums. Once I post
eomething I never seem to find it again to see if I got any answers. And
then I'm not sure how to reply to anyone. So I'm just junping in here
again. I did post when I joined a few days ago.So today I am just trying
to find my way around. And I am having trouble with IE. It keeps
dropping down ads right in the middle of my trying to type a mesage. and
yes, I have popup blocker on. Seems the rules are for everyone but
Microsoft. Or I'm even worse with pc's than I think. (I'll be 69 next
