Hey Everyone - After a brief time on this site I have met a man from another dating site. We are officially in a relationship & very happy now. I agree to disagree. Men & women can have platonic relationships for many many years. Some become like family. Anyhow I have found someone & will be deleting off of this site anyhow.

Days End

Moonlight glimpses it's way through
Showing itself to the howling few

In darkness shapes twist and turn
Only for love do they yearn

Affection creeps
Widows do weep

Out of cracks they do crawl
Inching their way the weak fall

Morphing out of shapeless life
Surviving through the strife

The craft arrives to take them away
She leads so that none go astray

Hailed a hero she shuns the praise
As she prepares for the end of days

A shimmering existence in the distance
Hope is on the horizon.
It reveals itself in many forms, many shapes,
It’s up to you what to take,
What to grasp hold of never letting go.
Vulnerability is “alright” to show.
