It is unfortunate that you have come across these type of men, but it seems that many have used the internet simply as a means of hooking up with no intentions of developing a relationship. I have seen first hand that treating a woman with respect and not trying to get a good night kiss or being forward has been taken as not being interested as opposed to being a gentleman. I will not change who I am because of it and have now made the change to inform them that I am interested and that my actions are those of respect for the woman and not non interest. This is just my perspective but I am sure that many other gentleman have come across the same issues.
