I'm re - reading 'Three Men in a Boat' by Jerome K Jerome.
One of the funniest books I've ever read (about 40 years ago) and as funny now as when it was written 120 years ago. Well worth it even with the flowery prose that is peppered about during their journey. |

A girl called Amanda at our girl's school.
At the same time, Lyndsay De Paul (Sugar Me) and Olivia Newton John (What is Life) although I lost interest when she did 'Grease'. All 1972, hormones in 14 yr old boy! lol |

Yeah but queuing for tickets at the Odeon wasn't much fun!
I remember thinking that 'Man on Silver Mountain' and 'Catch the Rainbow' were the best performances on the night. I'll have to call the guys who went to find out what they remember. |

Hi, my first post on this site so hello all.
I saw him with Ritchie at Hammy Odeon as it was then, I can't remember the date. I was also at The Butterfly Ball and the Grasshopper's Feast at The Royal Albert Hall. Ronnie sang 'Love is All'. Great time, both gigs. |
