I think the rating 1 to 10 is fun, but i think it would be awesome to go a little further and use 3 words to describe the person above you. So after checking out their profile, use the first 3 words that you think of.

(sorry) that i am the mother and therefore i set the rules and that if she could not respect them then i would have no choice but to put the kids in daycare. After talking and comprising we came up with an agreement on how she was going to care for the kids. You should sit your mom down and after talking yall are unable to compromise and come to an agreement then you should consider other childcare alternatives. Also remember to pick and choose your battles. Be willing to let the little stuff go. I had to learn this in all of my relationships including my mom and my kids. And please dont ever hesitate on asking for any advice in here. I definitely do not claim to be a professional but i have been through and learned a lot from having my kids. If theres something i dont know however, i will let u know and maybe someone else will have some advice. I hope you and your mom can resolve things for @ least the kids sake. I will keep yall in my prayers!

I'm going to try the quite time, lol but now I'm having a new problem. My mom, she helps me alot with my daughter (we live a five minute walk from one another) and I am greatful but she never follows my rules ie no sweets within an hour of dinner time ect when I talk to her she tells everyone who will listen how I'm a horrable to her and blew up about nothing...we play this "game" over and over I am thinking of cutting her off. I don't want to but I'm sick of the yelling ect in frount of my daughter. I left her father cause I think it's better to be from a broken home then living in one... now I wonder are my mom and me just making it a broken home with two addresses...(sorry about the bad spelling I had my computer fixed and they moved or removed my spell checker) any idea's or thoughts on how to move on or fix our issues?
lol. My mom were actually the same way for awhile. I finally had to sit her down and calmly and collectively point out that i am the

This quiet time will be your time to do whatever u need to do. My kids have a quiet time in the morning and another one in the afternoon. Also i have found that the best solution to tantrums is ignoring them. The more attention they get the longer they will last.

3 kids, wow, i only have the one and she is nearly 2 and keeps me very busy, plus i work part time and also want to do some study when i get a chance, even though some days can be challenge, they bring love and laughter into your life, and and i wouldnt want it any other way. so any parenting tips from anyone would be appreciated.
one of the most important things is a repetitive routine. I have learned from experience that most children do better when they have a set schedule routine. Throwing them off schedule can result to meltdowns. Also include in your routine 1 to 2 quiet times per day. You dont have to call it naptime: with my i invite them to go watch a movie in their beds after theyve eaten and played a little, and they usually end up falling asleep in bed. You should try and make the room as dark as possible with the tv on. The less light there is the easier it is to fall asleep. Also if u dont have a tv in the room then even a radio playing soft music

WOW! I only have one two and a half year old and I feel like my hands are full. How do you guys/gals do it any tips? I work part time go to school part time and am a single mom feel like I can't keep up, I feel like my weeks are endless. I get one day off a week.
i completely understand. I work a full time job and am doing online college courses to get my masters in business. It really is challenging and often stressful. It seems that the only breaks i get are when im @ work. Luckily, i have a wonderful mother who helps me out alot. Without her i would probably go completly insane.
