HorseGirl, I am very impressed/inspired, with the poems that I have read this morning. Thank You!!!!!!!!!! HG Do you get into the creative writing on here. Think you would enjoy that too Carold, I love poetry and like things that inspire or just make you smile. So I will share my favorites with my mingle friends. We, here at Mingle, are very lucky to have some one who is willing to brighten our hearts, not that there are no kind souls here, but sometimes we get in that rut and forget how to be the kind people we are!!!

I forgot to look at it after I heard Paul Harvey talk about it on his radio show. I thought it was a nice tribute to his late wife Angel though with some of the comments he made. I know his son does most of radio show but it was nice to hear the old Paul. Got to get to town to pay the personal property tax they posted in the newspaper. That is such a kind gesture the newspaper makes so your neighbors and friends can remind you need to pay your personal property tax. Yup. I think it is time for coffee. Sorry, Roy, but that was just TOO funny!! Not having to pay taxes, but the idea!!!! How ya' been?

My main problem with dating, is finding a sitter for mom while I go out. Bro lives here, but he is always "busy" and can't get over to sit with her.

Does anyone feel they don't have the energy for a relationship? I feel that way at times. Next few weeks is going to be that way. 8 concerts in the month of December plus rehearsals and working full time make for a very busy life. Not much time left over for a relationship unless they are into the music stuff too. Let me rephrase myself. Have you put so much effort in to a relationship where you feel you’re drained. The last lady I was dating sucked the life energy out of me. Been there too. Can't go through that again, but I can usually sense that pretty quickly. Me, too!! Had to bail out.

At this stage in my life I don't need the mind games that friends with benefits can cause, but on the other hand I don't ever see my self getting married. She would have to be more then a friend to me. That is totally my problem!! But I just do not have the time to even meet people, much less get to know them well enough for bennies....
