OT: Thinking I’ve a lot to do but lack motivation Thank you, Delightful! Can finally see my ENT tomorrow. Hopefully it'll be sorted out with eardrops or antibiotics. After 3 weeks of pain, pressure, dizziness, increased tinnitus, and only some 30% of normal hearing I'm utterly fed up with it. Started to feel under the weather today because of it too. Running on paracetamol |

Thinking I'm super overstimulated lately and need to ground myself. Literally speaking. I can't even read or pay attention for more than a few minutes and feel distracted. I'm coming to the realization that there's no relationship that will work until I'm 100% both feet in. I need to learn about myself first. That's what’s on my mind therapy instead of men. |
