Profile isn't getting the kind of responses I want. What do you think?

Your profile looks good. Since you mention no cell service in your profile i take it you're on a computer. You can set limits on who can message you in hour settings. People here call them filters.

Other than that looks ok.

Thanks, it's not the scammers I'm getting, some of them are even fun ny, and I know there everywhere. It's more the lack of a sense of humor / intelligence. Jokes just aren't funny if you have to explain them all the time, and without some witty conversation I'm bored.

What I'm trying to find is away to say (without being completely rude) is that if your IQ and your shoe size are the same, don't bother. Any suggestions?

Hi 2N2... If you want humor and wit you might rewrite some of your "about me" to reflect that. What I'm seeing is a lot of negativity and seriousness. You did well saying what you don't want and telling women you see all their bodies as the same. No woman wants to hear that, lol.

Take out the God fearing comment, it's a red flag to say you're what you're not. Maybe instead of saying you're looking for someone with the same skill say you're looking for someone with the same wit and sense of humor.

Focus on attracting what you do want rather than what you don't want and those you want to stay away. The ones that matter are the ones that will read your profile, so target that audience. It's kind of like advertising. The marketing world advertises their product to appeal to a certain crowd, they never advertise to deter those they don't want to buy or consume the product.

Lastly... Maybe include a picture or two of you enjoying life, something that reflects your wit and humor.

I agree with River. If you're hope is to meet someone, give less profile space to the subject of what you don't want. That's just negative no matter how witty. Though its quite evident you've a sense of humour.

Unless the figurine's a accurate scaled representation of your physique, a full-length photo shows your style of dress which often reflects personality.

Thank you for the advice, I'll work on it. I come from a family of emotionally crippled egg heads and am trying to break the tradition of being so clinical and any direction is greatly appreciated. I don't have any way to photograph myself except in stills but I'll see what I can come up with for that too.

Any improvement or am I still missing the mark?

Nature Lady, I'll keep you in mind. I have / had some Briggle, not sure if I sold it all or not but it does still show up at the auctions around here and unless a family member or 2 is bidding on a keepsake it sells for cheap.
Serious question (for the girls, sorry guys, I'm not looking for a a submarine attack), if I were to actually use the IQ line in my profile, wouldn't you see it as off putting?

Yes I would see it as off putting. Once I've gotten to know and understand your humor it might come across differently and be funny.
