Been back ino southern Maryland since around Nov.1 2011 after 20 years in Florida. I currently hold certifications for and am licensed as a Commercial Building Inspector,a Building Plans Examiner,certified General contractor,Home and Property Inspector and EPA-Lead Renovator.I'm also an experienced draftsman (CADD)as well as journeyman carpenter.All my licenses are current/inactive at this point and time except for the Building Inspector and Plans Examiner licenses.Sorry,but other than that,my baby blues,being tall,and being extremely handsome,is about all I have to use in order to try to impress you ladies.lol Guess you could say that I'm a bad boy gone good.
