Hi.I live in Bahia de los Angeles BN most of the year and in San Diego during the summer months when it is too hot in Bahia. I'm kind, affectionate, respectful and understanding. I am looking for a nice person with those same qualities to spend some time with. My name is Larry, I live in University city, San Diego during the summer months. I’m 5’ 8” tall and weigh 170 – 175# What little hair I have is grey, my eyes are blue and all my teeth are original equipment. The only medical problems I have are skin cancers that get burned or cut off occasionally. My pictures are from June 2019 I am a kind, loyal, compassionate, easy going guy that enjoys the outdoors more than the indoors. I have a good sense of humor. I have to have a sense of humor because I do so many dumb things that even make me laugh. I’m a fix it person and I hate to have to call someone to repair something around the house when I could do it myself better and for less money, and maybe because I’m a little thrifty. Born and raised in San Diego, I am a retired San Diego firefighter and retired SCUBA dive charter boat captain/owner. I have 2 residences, the one here in University City, San Diego and my dream home on the beach in Bahia de los Angeles northern Baja. I was married to a wonderful woman for 46 years until she passed away 3 years ago. When we were married we promised to stay together till death and I took that promise seriously. I cared for her all through her fight with cancer but in the end I held her in my arms and told her I loved her as she took her last breath. Hardest thing I have ever had to do. That was 3 years ago and I am ready to move on with my life and share it with that special lady that I know I will find someday. Now I devote a lot of my time trying to live up to my dogs expectations. I love the outdoors, hiking, off roading, exploring, and boating. I don’t want a long distance relationship, it is necessary to be friends first before a real connection can be established and driving long distances makes that too hard so I limit myself to a 40 mile radius. I exercise, eat healthy and stay fit and am looking for an outdoorsy lady that does the same.
