47 year old male. Single parent of a 14 year old son. Down to earth. Love life. Enjoy the mountains and the beach. I've been divorced for 13 years and have been a single parent the whole time. Then about a year ago I realized that my heart had a big empty spot and I really wish I had love in my life. It's funny how you can get caught up in being a parent and work and life and forget about love. Hmmm, more about me? Well I'm really laid back and easy going. I'm always happy and always see the silver lining. Seems like there is always good that comes out of everything it just might take a while to figure out what it is. I'm not looking for a lover but a best friend. If love happens that would be great but you can never have enough friends.. After 47 years I finally realize that a good relationship begins and goes on with a great friendship. ( yeah, I know men are a little slow to catch on to what love is all about but I think I've got it figured out now lol) I live in Florida on the Panahandle between Destin and Panama City and love it here. We have the prettiest beaches in the U.S. here and the weather is great. I would move anywhere if I were in love although it would be great to find someone that wanted to live here.
