Every neighbor has a thief and a sex offender. At least one... of each that have gotten caught. Think of the ones that just weren't caught (yet). I'm sorry that happened to your neighbor, and that now you can be more vigilant. On a serious note, I agree with Lilith. Anywhere you move you are going to have problems like this. If the thieves can't get what they want in thier neighborhood, they will just come to yours. They don't care where you live. Just be glad you found this out now and not after your car is empty and you are safer now from the preditor since you know where he lives and can avoid him. Just be careful. I know that moving can be an ordeal. I personally CAN'T move, and I don't think moving is a great idea, since the "bad guys" are all over the place. Get eyes in the back of your head anywhere you are. Why move somewhere where you dont know where the thieves and sickos live. You are one up on this.
Ok, you just keep believing that. There is no such thing as idiot free anything.

See, even Washington has idiots. Like I said. They can't get what they want in thier neck of the woods, they come to yours....Bush is a prime example, but this isn't current news topic

Its a fact of life that when people are out of work they get desperate.. Gas gets stolen, banks robbed, people robbed, its always like that. And now we have people loosing their homes, they don't know what to do...Its a sign of the times.. Just be careful...
