If you overhear people telling racially charged jokes and laughing, do you consider those involved to be racists?

I don't understand the word racist cause I only know of the human race so if your against a race wouldn't it be the human race? Ok thinking way too much it's nice to be p/c, but you know the topic at hand, and trying to weasle your way around it is not going to work

Not necessarily. Many jokes like that are based on stereotypes.

If somebody tells a "dumb blonde" joke, are they automatically sexist? Maybe they are, but I don't think a joke gives you enough evidence to reach an incontrovertible conclusion. Sometimes a joke is just a joke.

No I do not consider that racist... but then some jokes arent funny either. Anyone seen the movie- "Guess Who" now that was some funny chit! I espeicially liked the part where the radio was playing in the car! lol
