I'd want people to say I lived for the glory of God. I think your wish for remembrance is a good one, too, though.

How you want to be remembered is probably determined by your goals in life, eh?

On my headstone it would read: " The shell is here, but the nut is gone"

Why does everyone speak of god? has nothing to do with earth, its very clear that this is hell(hevens prision) would you ever let your kids go through this??

Given that I had a very close brush with the Grim Reaper last October while in the hospital, I gave this some very serious thought. I don't care if anyone remembers me, nor if anyone comes to my funeral. I decided no obit for me in the newspaper. Just get me the hell into the ground. If anyone chooses to remember me, all I would like to be remembered for can be summed up in five words; "He knew how to live."

I also conrfronted my biggest fear with regard to death; that one of my ex wives might do something nasty on/to my grave!

Live like there is no tomorrow because one day there won't be!
