If you like Rock but want good Christian lyrics there is a local
band here they are called "39 lashes" they are awesome. I follow them around to alot of different churches and youth functions. me too alpine. back in my "dark days" i listened to the likes of
slipknot, manson, horrible bands like that but not anymore. never again. i look back now and realize that the darker the music, the darker my mood. i wish i could i get my brother to see what i see. he listens to that stuff :(. i've also turned away from modern movies, they're so awful anymore. i stick to the classics (fried green tomatoes!) tazfem: no, i don't believe i have. i'll check them out |

Good move lili stay strong in Christian music.
Greeneyelady there is also a band called Stronghold they take cover songs like Bad Company, Loverboy, Forigner, Queen etc., etc. and change the lyrics they are really good and market there CD'S If you like that style of rock. I'm personally addicted to Barlow Girl. LOL but Stronghold rocks I saw them live. |
