Topic: Getting It From the Oil Companies | |
---|---|
There's an owner of a gas station near my house who has gotten tired of constantly changing the gas prices as they increase on a daily basis... Now, instead of posting the prices on that board, he has a huge photo of a hand giving people the finger! |

The joke was good but I don't find the subject funny any more.
They failed with 9/1/1. But won in the long run with crude oil prices. Wait, soon there will be shortages of food and consumables. Because trucking companys will no longer to afford gas. Farmers will stop farming and we'll be all riding around bicycles like in inda. Save that tax return, your going to need it. |

No, thats still funny. One thing people can't take away from us is our sense of humor and right to free speech.
The truckers are pissed that their cost have gone up and there pay has not. There's supposed to be a fuel surcharge that is added, and its a joke. Your teenager makes more allowance money than that. This has been a long time coming, it started before 9-11. My husband and I owned a small trucking company hauling steel. The cost than to run a truck was close to 75,000 a year and that was running local. Long haulers, god bless them, they are hurting. Mauh to all the truckers out there |

Your right. our goverment is to blame as well. There has not been a new refinery built in this country for 20 years despite demand. The rich will be rideing around in their hummers while the rest of us walk. I don't know about the rest of you, but I use less gas now than at anytime in my adult life. I moved closer to work, sold my suv and bought a motorcycle. yet prices contune to rise.
