Noooooooooooooooo guys!!! My psychos cant help it!!! I blame the higher ups and govt and all the money bs that makes these people come onto my unit!!! Ive dealt with violent before but not at a 12-1 ratio!!! Its too much and this one is pretty new and so volatile you arent sure what is going to happen!!

That woman was strong......and we can only "protect ourselves......but I did get her by both hands and the other nurse got her psychotic meds into her!!!!!
IM PISSED THAT I HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER EVERYNIGHT!!!!!! ONLY because I have too many patients!!!!
